Hoy Field Parking Garage Expansion

SRF & Associates prepared a traffic impact study related to the expansion of the existing parking facility on the southeastern section of the Cornell campus adjacent to Schollkopf Field. Tasks included data collection and analysis of the existing garage activity and projected traffic conditions throughout the network surrounding the garage. This garage services parking for Cornell athletic events. Special event traffic was considered in addition to the typical peak hour analysis.
