SRF & Associates was responsible for data collection and on-site observations for the preparation of a circulation study. The project involved studying and analysis of the Lansing school campus which includes the elementary, middle, and high schools and all related activities. The entire campus, as it relates to traffic circulation and flow, was video taped with two cameras from the roof of the high school to document and observe existing conditions and identify deficiencies. The project also involved preparation of an extensive signage and roadway safety audit.
