N.E. Elementary School

SRF developed the design of a traffic signal, preparation of design plans, and was responsible for construction observation during signal installation. The signal design revolved around the safety of school children utilizing the intersection to access the adjacent school. The project involved coordination with Rochester City School District, Monroe County Department of Transportation, and various contractors.
